CASE STUDY: Mazda Dealership Intranet

The goal of the discovery phase was to draw on the collective knowledge of the users of each system; Mazda employees for Intranet and MXConnect, Dealership employees for the dealer comms tool and MXConnect. A thorough and detailed discovery process was carried out over the course of several months and encompassed a range of methodologies and tools.

Project Goals

Implementation of the recommended experience and technical infrastructure should work to impact:

  • Website adoption and usage [compared to baseline of current state]
  • Improved user perception of MNAO support channels
  • Decreased platform management/maintenance
